Our teaching staff are drawn from across Kenya, bringing with them a wealth of experience, training, and dedication. Many are graduates of leading universities and teacher training colleges. What unites them is their passion for education and their desire to see each learner grow in knowledge, character, and faith. Teachers at PAAV not only instruct in academics but also mentor students, encourage personal growth, and nurture their spiritual walk.

Working at PAAV Gitombo Community School is more than a job—it is a calling. Every staff member becomes part of a ministry that is shaping lives and transforming an entire community. We value passion, commitment, and a willingness to serve with excellence.
We hire both teaching and non-teaching staff. Teachers must meet Kenya’s Ministry of Education requirements, while support staff may include cooks, administrators, and groundskeepers.
Since we are a Christ-centered school, staff are expected to uphold Christian values and be willing to participate in Bible studies, mentorship, and spiritual growth activities.
Teachers should have a diploma or degree in education from a recognized institution, along with a TSC number. Experience with the CBC curriculum is an added advantage.
PAAV is family-oriented, collaborative, and ministry-driven. Staff support one another and share a common goal of impacting children’s lives through education and faith.
PAAV has qualified staff in every department. The non-teaching staff are from Gitombo and the surrounding villages, while the teachers are a diverse group from different counties all over Kenya.
